Brent's purpose in life is to provide business owners with a path to your Unique Vision of Success,  empowering you to own your time and celebrate your growth.

Our mission is to enable businesses to define your unique vision of success, then create a PLAN to achieve it through an in-depth PROBE of your current reality, assisting to PRIORITIZE the steps to take, while providing expert evaluation of your PERFORMANCE as you progress toward your vision.

With 30+ years in the Customer Experience industry, he started as a front-line customer service agent, growing to a global leader of teams exceeding 4000 employees across the USA, Canada, the Philippines, India, Panama, and Trinidad supporting Fortune100 clients.

As well as supporting front-line operations Brent has led teams providing HR, Recruiting, Training, and Workforce Planning support for a global operation of 35,000 employees across 9 countries.

Brent has also consulted a diverse number of businesses, helping them thrive across unique industries, including BPO, SaaS, manufacturing, cryptocurrency, healthcare, real estate, software development, hardware design, and IoT.

In addition to his professional experience, Brent has remained a devoted student of Leadership and Management, co-founding the top-ranked Advanced Toastmasters club in the world focused on leadership development.  He is also an accomplished speaker on the subjects of leadership and management.

In his free time, Brent enjoys sports and the outdoors, with his family and pets, ideally at his family cottage on the shores of Lake Huron, Canada.
